Client Challenge:

The client was struggling with managing content for his 10 blog websites. Posting each article manually and paying a copywriter weekly was draining both time and money. He needed a more efficient and budget-friendly solution to handle his content.

Solution Overview:

After our call, I developed a customized solution. I set up a page on his website with a Google Form designed to streamline the content creation and posting process. The form included fields for:

  • Title: The blog post’s title
  • Description: A brief summary of the content
  • Primary Keywords: Key SEO terms
  • Secondary Keywords: Additional supporting terms
  • Internal Links: Links to other blog posts
  • External Links: References to outside sources
  • Additional Instructions: Any specific notes for the post
  • Targeted Blog: A dropdown to select which of the 10 blogs to post on

I trained ChatGPT to write blog posts in a natural, engaging tone. The content generated is plagiarism-free and fully optimized for SEO, helping the client rank higher on Google. The posts are formatted in Markdown, with all links—internal and external—automatically included.

Once a post is created, it’s saved as a Google Doc, and the link is added to a Google Sheet for tracking. The post is then published on the selected blog site based on the Google Form’s input.

Result:

With this automated system, the client now enjoys a seamless content creation process. The need for manual posting and expensive copywriters is eliminated. Content is consistently generated, SEO-optimized, and plagiarism-free. As a result, the client’s blogs are ranking higher on Google, driving more traffic and improving visibility.
