I developed an automation using VAPI to handle incoming calls and connected it to Make.com to check booking availability in real time.

  • Availability Check on Make.com: The automation checked the restaurant’s calendar for availability.
  • Automated Response: If the time was available, it confirmed the booking. If not, it suggested alternative times.
