Client Challenge
A German company’s executive assistant at RAY AI struggled to manage the executive’s Slack account efficiently. Messages came from multiple channels in different languages, and manually tracking, translating, and prioritizing them led to delays and the risk of missing critical updates.

Solution Overview
I built an n8n-powered Slack workflow that monitors all relevant channels, translates messages into English, and delivers neatly formatted updates to a single review channel for the assistant. This ensures no vital information slips through.
