Client Challenge:

The client, a designer, was frustrated with the repetitive task of manually uploading her designs to Printify. Every time she completed a new design, she had to go through the tedious process of uploading the artwork, selecting products, and configuring settings in Printify. This was eating up a lot of her time and distracting her from what she really loved—creating new designs.

Solution Overview:

To simplify things, I connected Google Drive to Printify using Make.com, automating the entire upload process. This way, she could focus on her creative work without worrying about the tedious uploads.

Automating the Design Upload Process:

1. Monitoring New Files in Google Drive: I set up the first module to keep an eye on a specific Google Drive folder. Whenever a new design file is added, the automation kicks in.
2. Downloading the Design File: The second module automatically downloads the new design file from Google Drive, getting it ready for the next step.
3. Uploading to Printify: The third module takes care of uploading the design to Printify, including selecting the right products and applying the client’s preferred settings.

Result:

With this automated system in place, the client no longer has to worry about manually uploading designs to Printify. The whole process runs smoothly in the background, freeing up her time to focus on creating new designs and growing her business.
