Client Challenge
The client wanted a smart automation on Monday.com that could analyze uploaded images and automatically generate insights. The goal was to reduce manual work in reviewing visuals, making the process faster and more intelligent.

Solution Overview
I built a Monday.com chatbot powered by Google Cloud Vision and ChatGPT. The bot processes any image uploaded to the board, extracts key information, and then posts a structured output back to the same board.

Detailed Steps

• Image Upload Trigger: The automation detects when a user uploads an image to the Monday board.
• Google Cloud Vision Integration: The image is processed to extract text, objects, or labels.
• ChatGPT Processing: The extracted data is refined and contextualized to provide meaningful insights.
• Board Update: The final output is automatically sent back to the same Monday board as an update for easy access.

Result
The client now has a fully automated image analysis workflow inside Monday.com. This reduces manual effort, delivers faster insights, and makes project tracking more efficient.
