The client faced issues with duplicate leads in their Airtable database. Despite their attempts to fix the problem, they couldn’t resolve it effectively. They reached out to me for assistance.

Solution Overview:

After discussing the issue on a call, I implemented a comprehensive solution:

• Duplicate Check with HTTP Module: I used an HTTP module to query the CRM and identify if a lead existed more than once. If duplicates were found, the system would automatically separate them to avoid confusion.
• Lead Routing and Optimization: I created a router to ensure that leads were properly categorized and optimized. This routing process improved lead management and ensured that each entry was handled accurately.

Result:

The automation I set up resolved the issue of duplicate leads and optimized the lead management process. The client's Airtable database is now streamlined, with leads accurately categorized and efficiently managed.
